On 7 June the CMJA, CLA, CLEA and Rechters voor Rechters issued a Statement on the Judiciary of Kenya in support of the Statement of the Kenya Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association of 4 June 2021 regarding the restricted selection of judicial appointments by the President of the Republic.
